LONGWOOD has invested in a diverse range of manufacturing capabilities that enable us to produce a wide variety of parts. We employ injection, compression and transfer molding, high-speed continuous Orcomatic molding, solution coating, calendering, mandrel building, and extrusion processes to make our products. In addition to traditional technologies, we offer state-of-the-art over-molding, of elastomers onto inserts and flashless injection where finished parts exit the molding machine. We support operations with internal design and manufacture of traditional and flashless tools.
