LONGWOOD  possesses unique extrusion capabilities in medium to large extruded cylinders and shapes.  With a cross-sectional range of 2" to 24", LONGWOOD is the only known domestic manufacturer capable of producing parts in this extended size range. One of the key components in parts of this size is our 96" diameter by 55' length autoclave.

LONGWOOD is also capable of designing parts to your exacting specifications.  A full service in-house design team and die shop allows LONGWOOD to build and adjust dies to you specific need.  Our unique prototyping program allows our customers to preview parts prior to full scale production.      The compounds used are formulated to provide maximum performance  in dynamic applications and provide durability  in extreme environments.
