Orcomatic
Longwood's proprietary high-speed single- or multi-cavity Orcomatic compression molding system produces custom-manufactured components with little waste and high quantity output. It allows for control of temperature, pressure, cure time, and mold loading.
Extruded
With a cross-sectional range of 2" to 24", Longwood is capable of producing parts in this extended size range with quick delivery times and shortened supply chains. We offer custom-designed parts to your exacting specifications supported by a full service in-house design team and die shop. Customers preview parts prior to full-scale production with our unique prototyping program.
